About the Event

The 6th Cavalry Museum debuts their new exhibit on the 6888th Central Postal Directory Battalion through this virtual event. Registrants will be sent a Zoom link to join the presentation. Join our speakers, Colonel (ret.) Edna Cummings- Producer of Lincoln Penny Films “The Six-Triple-Eight” documentary and 6th Cavalry Museum Director Chris McKeever. Exhibit Curator Molly Sampson will offer a virtual curator's tour of the exhibit. The presentation will finish with a Q&A session.

The 6888th in Fort Oglethorpe is being supported in part by an African American Civil Rights grant from the Historic Preservation Fund administered by the National Park Service, Department of the Interior and exhibit partners George R.
